The ZeroClear DrillPlate™ by Timber & Grain is a precision CNC-machined, zero-clearance insert that transforms your ShopSmith drill press experience. Its replaceable SafeZone disc fully supports your workpiece as the bit exits — producing splinter-free holes and cleaner results every time.

Standard – Includes 1 DrillPlate + 5 SafeZone discs

Dual-Ready – Includes 1 DrillPlate + 10 SafeZone discs, pre-drilled for future dust-collection upgrade using our custom shroud or your original ShopSmith shroud

Deluxe – Includes 1 DrillPlate + 10 SafeZone discs, threaded inserts installed, and a custom 3D-printed Dust Shroudwith hardware that connects to a standard 2.5″ (or smaller) hose — perfect for drum sanding and dust control
