Hi, I’m Daniel, founder of Timber & Grain in Knoxville, Tennessee.

For nearly a decade, I’ve been collecting, restoring, and creating with ShopSmith tools—a journey that sparked a passion for designing custom, problem-solving accessories that simply didn’t exist in the market.

That’s how the ZeroClear™ product line was born—precision-engineered woodworking solutions that make your ShopSmith more versatile, accurate, and safe.

Every Timber & Grain product is something I personally use in my own woodworking projects—from the ZeroClear DrillPlate™ with replaceable SafeZone™ discs, to the RipPlate™ and other custom upgrades with integrated dust collection.

Each piece is CNC-machined in-house using premium materials like 13-ply Baltic birch plywood and durable PETG or PLA for 3D-printed components.

Every item is hand-sanded, inspected, and finished before leaving the shop—because precision starts with care.
