At Timber & Grain, every product is built, finished, and packaged by hand in our Knoxville, Tennessee shop. We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
🪵 Processing Times
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Made-to-order or custom CNC projects may require additional production time; any extended lead times will be noted on the product page.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
📦 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the package size and destination.
At checkout, you’ll see available options and rates based on your location.
We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).
⚙️ Tracking Your Order
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an automated email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.
🚚 Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please first check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier.
If it still cannot be located, contact us at timberandgrainwoodworks@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help file a claim or explore replacement options.
Please note: Timber & Grain is not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout or circumstances outside our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions).
🌎 International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us — we may be able to arrange a special order.
💳 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected carrier service.
Free shipping automatically applies when your cart total exceeds $100.
