At Timber & Grain, every product is crafted with precision, tested in the shop, and inspected by hand before it leaves our door. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
🪵 Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made in small batches and designed for specific ShopSmith systems, returns are accepted only for unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at timberandgrainwoodworks@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping charges, if applicable).
⚙️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing issue, please email us within 7 days of delivery at timberandgrainwoodworks@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll replace or repair it at no cost to you.
🧰 Non-Returnable Items
Because of their nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Items that have been used or modified

Custom CNC or engraved projects

Digital files or downloadable plans (if offered in the future)
💳 Refund Timing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
📦 Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.
After that window, we may not be able to guarantee cancellation.
