The ZeroClear™ Replaceable Locking Inserts by Timber & Grain are CNC-machined from premium ½″ Baltic birch and designed to work seamlessly with the ZeroClear RipPlate™ system. Each insert locks securely into place with a precision-machined rear lip that mechanically locks the insert into the plate, giving your ShopSmith continuous zero-clearance performance across every cut.

Whether you rotate inserts for different blades or replace them after heavy use, these refills make it easy to maintain perfect, splinter-free results.
