The ZeroClear™ Replaceable Inserts by Timber & Grain are CNC-machined from premium ½″ Baltic birch and designed to work seamlessly with the ZeroClear RipPlate™ system. Each insert locks securely into place with four neodymium magnets, giving your ShopSmith continuous zero-clearance performance across every cut.

Whether you rotate inserts for different blades or replace them after heavy use, these refills make it easy to maintain perfect, splinter-free results.
